A MAN has been charged after a woman was stabbed in the street.
David Hughes, 58, of Foxfold Close, Mosley Common, was charged yesterday, Thursday, at Bolton Magistrates' Court with Section 18 wounding, affray and two counts of possessing an offensive weapon.
He will appear at Bolton Crown Court on May 25.
At around 2.45pm on April 9 police were called to Bramley Road, Sharples, following reports that a man had stabbed a woman in the street.
The woman was taken by ambulance to Royal Bolton Hospital and her recovery continues.
