LEIGH rugby league players from down the years were reunited recently for a fundraising charity dinner.
Former players and their guests enjoyed a lively night of food, drinks, banter and entertainment in Leigh Cricket Club’s function suite – all to raise money for the Past Players Association’s dedicated charity, Leigh Youth Hub.
Compere for the evening was former scrum-half Phil Johnson who introduced the likes of Wembley 71 hero Tony Barrow as well as special guests Adrian Morley and Garreth Carvell.
The night’s live music came from Tyldesley band, Young Once.
All proceeds from the night will be donated to Leigh Youth Hub.
