Dr JOHN R BOSTOCK BA (Hons), MA (PCET), Ed.D, Cert.Ed. (FHE), FIFL, FHEA has been awarded the higher degree Doctor of Education (Educationis Doctor) from The Manchester Metropolitan University The work is dedicated to the memory of his grandparents: John and Elizabeth Reay, formerly of West Avenue, Golborne. James and Frances Ellen Bostock, formerly of Briggs Street, Westleigh. Congratulations also on gaining the 2013 University Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching and good luck with the publication of your third textbook entitled 'Supporting Student Transitions: New Approaches to Teaching and Learning' We are all immensely proud!
