BICKERTON Mark, son of the late MARY ELLEN (Nellie) Would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, cards and messages of sympathy and donations to the British Heart Foundation, to Doris and Edith for their love and friendship over many years, to Sue Hindley, the family Doctors and the Standish Ward staff for their care and support, to Deacon Dennis Vint and the staff at Sankey and Monks for their kindness and consideration and all those who attended the Service.
