PAMELA JILL LEWIS All Pam's loving family wish to express their sincere gratitude to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad loss. Also, for the lovely cards, flowers, prayers and the generous donations received on behalf of Rowan Tree Primary Special Needs School and the Manchester Royal Infirmary. A special huge thankyou to the Rev. H. Greenhalgh for his lovely service and tribute to Pam and for his kind ministrations. Also to Mandy and the staff of Relph's Funeral Service for the care shown to Pam and the family. Finally, to Karen and all Pam's friends at Rowan Tree School who have steadfastly stood by her and gave her such care and support. A heartfelt thank you.
