CRAWSHAW The family of the late MARY wish to express sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their support, cards, flowers, messages of sympathy and their very kind donations to Three Wishes and the Royal Bolton Hospital CCU. Special thanks to Shevington Ward, Wigan Infirmary, Drs Attrey and Honappa, Meadowview, Dr. K. Lipscombe, Mr. M Pantelides, Royal Bolton, Dr SMC Wong, Salford Royal, and all their staff for their care over the years. Also Katie, Karen & Danielle, Cherish Care. Thanks to Rev. Hilary Brunyee for the beautiful service and to Tim and all his staff at Unsworth's Funeral Service for their help, kindness and dignified funeral arrangements.
