CULSHAW May and the family of the late TONY would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the cards of condolence, flowers and donations received at this sad time. Special thanks to Christopher, Barry, Diane, May, Margaret, Doris, Jeanette, Ann and Margaret for their help through this sad time, Rev'd Sue Thomas for her kind ministrations and to Sankey and Monks for their kindness and dignified arrangements.
