ESTHER BOWEN Peacefully in Wigan Infirmary on the 26th March 2018 ESTHER aged 78 years, the loving Wife of the late Ernie, devoted Mum to Yvonne and Andrew, a caring Mother in Law, Sister, Nan and great Nan.
