KATHLEEN LOWE On 7th July 2018, suddenly but peacefully in hospital, aged 90 years, KATHLEEN, beloved wife of the late ARTHUR, dearly loved mum of Gillian & the late YVONNE, dear mother-in-law of Andrew & Charles and a much loved grandma of James.
