ALAN COOKE Peacefully on 19th August 2018, Alan aged 88 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary, much loved father to Trevor, grandad to Sam & Rachael, loving brother to Hilda, Mary & Joan. Uncle to Maureen. The funeral service will take place on Friday 7th September 11.30am at Howe Bridge Crematorium, Atherton M46 0PZ. Family flowers by request, donation if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o and all enquiries to Sankey & Monks Funeral Service, 5/7 Hope Street, Leigh WN7 1AQ. Telephone 01942 673171.

Sign in to add a tributeSorry I could not make Dads funeral as I was away on holiday. He was a great guy and always had a good word for everyone. My wife works at his doctors and they all had the utmost respect for him.
I always look back with fond memories of the at those happy days in Bolton Old Road.
Look after yourself and your family and hopefully one day we will meet for a catch up.
