FRANK BIBEY On the 11th September 2018 suddenly at his home in Leigh FRANK aged 65 years, Beloved Son of the Late GEORGE & FRANCES BIBEY, dearly loved Brother of Marie, Ronald, the Late GEORGE and the Late LYNDA, a dear Brother in Law to Arthur and Jill, a much loved Uncle and Great Uncle and a dear friend to many.
