HAROLD HIGGS Passed away peacefully in Wigan Infirmary on the 18th February 2019, HAROLD, aged 89 years. Beloved Husband to Dorothy. Much loved Dad to Janet and Father-In-Law to Ken. Loving Brother to Frank and Brother-In-Law to Sylvia and a special Uncle to all his Nieces and Nephews. Harold will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
