TERENCE BALMER Passed away after a battle bravely fought Terry aged 62 years. Loving son of the late Brenda and the late Vincent, much loved brother, brother in law, uncle, cousin and a very dear friend to many. Family flowers only by request donations if desired to Wigan and Leigh Hospice in lieu of thanks for their help, support and care of Terry. C/o the family.
