SYLVIA ELLEN HIGGS Date of birth 13/02/41, died aged 78 years old. After a short illness, on the 18th April 2019, Sylvia died peacefully at home surrounded by her all her loving family. She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Frank, her children Carol, David, Angela and Sharon, her son in laws Martin and Dave, her seven grandchildren, and her three great grandchildren. Family flowers only please, so if any donations are kindly desired, they will go to the British heart foundation or Cancer Research.
