FRANK HIGGS Frank Higgs died aged 83 years old, peacefully in Wigan Hospital on the 21st May 2019, just 4 weeks after the passing of his beloved wife Sylvia, so they are now back together. He will be sadly missed by his children, Carol, David, Angela, and Sharon, his son in laws Martin and Dave, his seven grandchildren, and his three great-grandchildren.
