JOSIE BALMER Passed away peacefully on the 24th July 2019 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Harold, much loved mum of Sandra, Steve, Julie, mother in law to Steve, Lynne, Gary and loving grandma and great grandma. The funeral service will take place on Monday 5th August at 1.45pm at Howe Bridge Crematorium followed by interment at Leigh Cemetery. Flowers welcome or donations to Wigan & Leigh Hospice.
