SYLVIA FORSHAW (NEE SWALLOW) Surrounded by her loving family at home, Sylvia aged 74. To a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, friend and colleague our lives will never be the same without you. Funeral service and committal will take place at Howe Bridge crematorium at 11.30am on 6th September. Donations in memory of SYLVIA will be forwarded to Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
