NEIL WILLIAM FRANCIS Passed away peacefully at Wigan's Royal Albert Edward Hospital, aged 94 years, on Saturday 7 December 2019. Loving partner to Bridget and loving husband to Irene (deceased). Beloved Dad to Diane and Kay and son-in-law Stephen. Cherished grandad of David and Michael, and a much-loved brother-in-law to Alan and wife Jan and brother to Donald (deceased) and Christine. His passing leaves a void in our hearts that can never be filled. Good night and God bless. The funeral will take place at Leigh Parish Church on Monday, 23rd December 2019, at 11.0am, followed by a committal at Tyldesley cemetery.
