FRANCES ALLEN Peacefully at home on 16th December 2019, FRANCES aged 86 years and of Hindley Green formerly of Lowton, St Luke's. Beloved wife of Eddie, loving and much loved mum, cherished nanna and great nanna. FRANCES will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
