ALBA CROMPTON Sadly passed away peacefully at Wigan Hospital on Wednesday 22nd.April.2020 aged 93 years A dearly loved mother to Denis and Malcolm and her grandchildren Rachel, Marc, Andrew, Amie, Christopher and Maria and all her great grandchildren. Due to the current circumstances a memorial service will be arranged at a later date. All enquiries to Abbey Funeral Care Services 01942 886776

Alba was a good friend and neighbour to my parents, Hilda and Jack Smith. I visited her on my many trips home from Canada. I enjoyed writing to her. She was a lovely lady and I will miss our chats when next I am in Argyle Street.
