FRANK TAYLOR It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Frank Taylor, 71years of Lowton on the 6th July 2020, whilst being a patient at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary in Wigan. The service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium at 9.15am on Wednesday, 12th August 2020. It will be a private service with a maximum of 30 persons allowed to attend, who will be required to wear face coverings.
