SWANN Mildred Ann Nee Jenkinson Passed away peacefully on the 26th October 2021 Beloved wife of the late Neil, loving mum to Jeremy and Chris, loved grannie to Harrison, Samuel, Zachary and Olivia. Funeral service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Friday 5th November at 11am. Family flowers only and donations if desired to Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Nurses.
