OWEN Charlie Charlie, aged 80 years, peacefully passed away on the 10 March 2022 in hospital after a short battle with dementia. Many will know Charlie as a member of Leigh Ornithological Society and from his many years as Head Ranger at Pennington Flash. Charlie will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The funeral service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on Friday 1st April at 1:00pm. All flowers and enquiries to Unsworth's Funeral Service, 122 Twist Lane, Leigh, Tel: 01942 707562
