DOOTSON William It is with much sadness and regret that the family of the late William (Bill) Dootson announce his passing on 16 December 2023 aged 93 years. Bill died peacefully with his loving family by his side. The beloved husband of the late Marie and a much loved father to Joseph, Eileen and the late Christopher, and father-in-law to Denise. A cherished grandfather to Thomas, Natalie and Rachael, grandfather-in-law to Sunjee and Brian and a loving great grandfather to Townes. A dear brother to Maureen and the late Colin, a dear brother-in-law, uncle and a good friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all. The funeral will take place at 11.30 on 10 January 2024 at St Richard's Church, Atherton, followed by committal at Leigh cemetery. Family flowers only please.
