A FITNESS instructor is organising a free run to mark National World Heart Day.
Brendan Blood, from BB Fitness, will lead the two mile run which will incorporate exercises along the way aimed at encouraging the heart to work more efficiently on Sunday.
World Heart Day, on Saturday, encourages people to reduce their cardiovascular risk by ensuring they are able to make heart-healthy choices wherever they live, work and play.
The run, which is for all abilities, will meet at the Rendezvous in Astley at 9.30am.
