THIS video shows a police pursuit which took place yesterday afternoon, Sunday.
A Ford Focus, which officers say had false registration plates on, was spotted on Abbey Road in Leigh at around 12.30pm.
It was chased through the town and pulled over near Parsonage Retail Park.
At the start of the pursuit footage shows the car mounting the pavement on Maple Crescent.
The video shows the Focus weaving in and out of the way of cars as it speeds down Kirkhall Lane on its way to the retail park.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said a driver was arrested on suspicion of burglary, dangerous driving and failing to stop at the scene.
