TRIBUTES have been laid at the scene of a crash where a 18-year-old man died on Friday night.
Police were called to the junction of Warrington Road and Greenfold Way in Leigh just after 10.50pm after a collision between a Kia Sportage and a Peugeot 107.
The driver of the Kia Sportage, who has been named locally as Aiden Blackman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A large floral tribute has been laid at the junction as well as candlelights on the ground spelling "Big Aiden UK R.I.P."
Letters from loved ones and balloons have also been left there along with other keepsake items include a hoodie top and a teddy bear.
A crowdfunding page has been set up in aid of Aiden's family.

A police investigation into the crash is ongoing.
