PLANS have been submitted to turn a former nightclub and offices into a house in multiple occupation (HMO).
A change-of-use planning application was issued to Wigan Council to convert the former Bar Eden property on Chapel Street in Tyldesley into an eight-bedroom HMO.

A neighbourhood consultation is running until March 9 with a decision set to be made on April 10.
