A new Starbucks drive through welcomed customers in Tyldesley on Friday with complimentary gift bags given to the first 200 visitors.
The branch of the international coffee shop was officially opened at Parr Bridge Retail Park on Mosley Common Road by Mayor of Wigan Cllr Yvonne Klieve, creating 15 new jobs.
The new store has a contemporary design offering customers the chance to enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing in comfortable seating and using the free wi-fi.
Anyone looking to recharge while on the go can use the convenient drive through lane and delivery will also be available via Just Eat and Uber Eats.
Shakeel Jivraj, head of operations at Queensway Coffee Houses, said: “We are excited to open our new store in Tyldesley and becoming a part of the local community.
“The team are closely following the latest guidance from both the government and health authorities to keep everyone safe.”
The new store will be open between 7am and 7.30pm Monday to Saturday and between 8am and 7pm on Sundays.
