A ROAD closure will be in place by Pennington Flash today.
Wigan Council has announced that access to the Flash, off St Helens Road, will be blocked on Tuesday, October 25.
The road closure will be in place from 5pm this evening and there will be no vehicle access across the bridge.
The road will be reopened for residents the following morning, on Wednesday, October 26.
