A MAN has been charged with the murder of 38-year-old Liam Smith in Wigan.
Liam Smith's body was discovered on Kilburn Drive in Wigan on the evening of Thursday, November 24, 2022.
The 38-year-old was found with a fatal gunshot wound and his body covered in acid.

Investigating the case, Greater Manchester Police have issued four warrants and 28 premises searches as part of the murder inquiry.
Following the death of Liam, who was described as a "much-loved family man", a man from Sheffield was arrested on Thursday, January 19.
Michael Hillier, 38, of Ecclesall Road, Sheffield, has now been charged with murder.
Hillier has since been remanded into custody and is due to appear at Tameside Magistrates today (Tuesday 24 January).
