THERE are traffic delays on roads in Leigh and Tyldesley today, Monday, due to ongoing works.
According to live traffic tracker INRIX there is slow traffic on St Helens Road, Leigh, both ways at Lonsdale Avenue in the roadworks area. There are temporary traffic lights are in operation, it adds.

Meanwhile, Sale Lane, in Tyldesley, is also seeing delays.
There is slow traffic on Sale Lane both ways at Mort Lane in the roadworks area. There are also temporary traffic lights in operation at the location.
