HERE is a great old picture from an infants' school dating back to the 1930s.
The photograph, which we found in the local archives collection, shows children at the Astley Infants School on Elsmore Street, in Astley.
According to the archive records, it was taken around the year 1934, nearly 90 years ago.
Are there any Journal readers out there who recognise any of their relatives in this picture, or are even old enough to be in it?
