MORE than 85 per cent of houses at a Golborne development have been sold.
Homebuyers have been securing properties at Rothwells Farm, Golborne, with more than 85 per cent sold since Taylor Wimpey launched the exceptional development in 2017.
The development includes three and four-bedroom homes for sale, which are designed for first time buyers, upsizers and growing families.
Taylor Wimpey says 67 plots remain at the site.
