A CLOSURE order has been slammed on a property associated with criminality.
An address on Samuel Street, in Atherton, has been shut down after the order was obtained by police and the council's Community Resilience Team.
This prohibits access to the premises for a period of three months, until March 20, next year.

In a statement, police said: "Greater Manchester Police, alongside the Community Resilience Team of Wigan Borough Council, have successfully obtained a closure order for an address on Samuel Street, Atherton.
"This joint effort is a direct response to reports of disorder and criminal activity, negatively impacting the quality of life in our community.
"Under this order, access to the premises is restricted to those explicitly named, Wigan Borough Council, and emergency services. This order will be in effect until March 20, 2024, with enforcement overseen by GMP.
"Any breach of this order may lead to fines, imprisonment, or both."
This added: "Your cooperation is vital! Please continue to collaborate with us by promptly reporting any concerns related to anti-social behaviour and criminal activities.
