A GOLBORNE man has been fined after pleading guilty to an act of "outraging public decency".
The Bradford and Keighley Magistrates court list shows that Carl Crist, of Barn Lane in Golborne, committed an act of public indecency in Sowerby Bridge, Yorkshire, on Friday, November 3, 2023.
The charge states that Mr Crist "committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely being naked" on Upper Brig Royd.

The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to the charge on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, and was ordered to pay a fine of £40.
The court sheet shows that the case cost the Crown Prosecution Service a fee of £80 and a surcharge of £16, which the defendant will also have to pay back.
Mr Crist was ordered to pay his fine in £5 weekly installments from March 5, 2024.
