A YOUNG man wash rushed to hospital with serious injuries yesterday after a collision between an e-bike and a car in Tyldesley.
At around 4.15pm on Tuesday, May 28, the emergency services were alerted to a collision on Henford Road in Tyldesley.
Upon arrival, officers found that an e-bike and a car had collided, with an 18-year-old man suffering serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Heavy traffic was also experienced on Henfold Road and Hough Lane as officers dealt with the scene and closed the road.

A Greater Manchester Police spokesperson said: "At around 4.15pm yesterday (Tuesday, May 28), officers responded to reports of a collision between an e-bike and a car on Henfold Road, Tyldesley.
"Officers responded and a man, aged 18, was subsequently taken to hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
"No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries are ongoing."
