DATA collected over the past five years has highlighted the most and least expensive streets around Leigh, Atherton, and Tyldesley.

Tracking the average sold price data from HM Land Registry between 2019 and 2024, Property Solvers have analysed the data to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the country.

To keep the data less skewed, streets were only ranked that had over three sales.
