A BEAUTICIAN who has developed a loyal clientele and overcome numerous challenges has launched her dream salon in Leigh.
Launching Aspire Beauté Lounge with a friend and co-owner in March 2022, Charlize Hatton gained invaluable experience in the beauty industry as she developed her skills, reputation, and customer base.
With the Westleigh Lane salon twice nominated in the UK Hair and Beauty Awards, the co-owners decided it was time for a new challenge and Charlize's new salon, 'Beautelize', opened on Scott Street in Leigh in July.

With ten years of experience in the beauty industry, Charlize said she is "so grateful" for the support of her clients who have supported her journey and new business venture.
Building her business from the ground up, the launch of 'Beautelize' also means a lot to the 26-year-old as she has completed a long-held dream after overcoming numerous personal and work-related challenges.
Describing her new salon as a "hidden gem", Charlize said: "The response has been great and my clients have been like a support network for me throughout the whole process.
"I am so humbled by their kindness and loyalty always, everyone has moved with me and we have also gained quite a few new clients already, it’s crazy as I only opened in July!
"I am extremely grateful to be where I am and I couldn’t have done it without all of my regulars, they’re amazing!"
With a wide range of beauty and holistic services on offer at Beautelize, such as nails, eyebrows, and eyelash services, as well as massage, facials, and reiki, Charlize said she has "big plans" to expand the business.
This will include more beauty treatments and services, as well as plans to secure a teaching qualification to help the next generation of aspiring beauticians to follow their dreams.
Charlize also said that she wants to use her business to give back to the community, and plans to host charity and social events at the salon to support causes that mean a lot to her, such as the mental health charity MIND.
Reflecting on the business so far, Charlize added: "It has been so nice to see people coming to support me and the new journey that I have started, it means a lot to me.
"With the job I am in you aren’t just a nail tech or a beauty therapist you become a friend to people and they see you as a confidant, which is really lovely.
"I have overcome many personal and work challenges in that time and building my business from the ground up has been really hard, but it has been so worth it! It’s everything I ever wanted."
