A BAKERY and cafe that has gone down a treat with Leythers has expanded with a mouth-watering brunch menu.
Launching his first start-up business 'That Secret Ingredient' in February 2020, Morgan Mole developed a popular reputation while working out of an industrial unit at Leigh Business Park.
Attracting regular customers and even some celebrity clients with his delicious treats and cakes, Morgan expanded the business to launch That Secret Ingredient in Leigh town centre last September; an investment he was particularly proud of after growing up in and around Leigh.
And with the year anniversary of his cafe and bakery coming up later this month, the 26-year-old felt that the time was right to expand the business even further, to offer a more varied menu complete with delicious brunch options.

Describing That Secret Ingredient as "luxury but affordable", the new menu consists of options like biscoff pancakes, eggs benedict, French toast, and various paninis.
With many customers commenting on the quality of That Secret Ingredient's coffees, cakes, and afternoon teas, Morgan said it is essential that the new menu options are of high standard to retain the respected reputation that the business has cultivated so far.
Morgan, a former Bedford High student, said: "As we are coming up to 12 months, and everyone in Leigh has been so supportive, it felt like the right time to introduce this menu.
"Some customers have said how nice it is to have a place like this in the town centre, while others are still just finding out about us and see us as a 'hidden gem', just tucked away from the high street.
"So hopefully this new menu gives people another excuse to come and visit us as it feels like the next step to get even bigger and better."
With That Secret Ingredient's new menu launching on Thursday, September 12, Morgan said there has already been hugely positive feedback on the new options, as the team look to continue "building a community" with lots more exciting ideas.
"It feels like we are building a community here, because we see lots of returning faces and customers who started coming in on their own, who are now coming in with the friends they met here", Morgan added.
"We are still building the business up and getting loads of good reviews, and I have loads of ideas in the pipeline to keep building the business up and up.
"I love being here and people seem to love us being here, and I think there are some exciting times ahead for Leigh, which can only benefit us as a business."
With Morgan also getting involved at local community events to showcase his food, his private one-to-one baking classes are also continuing at the Charles Street cafe.
