Information on property website Zoopla shows that several buildings and commercial properties have been listed for sale around Leigh town centre.

First established 70 years ago, 'The Real Bakery' has built up an "excellent reputation and a very loyal client base" along Leigh Road.

Well known for its bakery and buffet options, the Real Bakery has been under the current owners since 2022 and has been listed for sale for £215,000, which includes all of the kitchen equipment and upstairs living area.

With the owners looking to focus on other business commitments, the grocery shop is being sold for £44,995, with a rent of £800 per month.
