A 20-YEAR-OLD man was rushed to hospital following a reported stabbing in Leigh on Sunday evening.
The emergency services were called to reports of an assault on Wigan Road in Leigh, at around 7.40pm on Sunday, October 13.
Upon arrival, officers found a 20-year-old man with injuries that are not believed to be life threatening or life changing.
The victim was rushed to hospital for treatment of his injuries, while a large cordon was installed along Wigan Road as officers investigated the incident.

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said: "Officers were called to reports of an assault on Wigan Road in Leigh at 7:40pm on Sunday, October 13.
"A 20-year-old man was stabbed and was taken to hospital for treatment on his injuries, which are not life-threatening or life-changing.
"No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing."
