COULD someone please tell us who actually owns the guided busway.

The reason I ask is on the first day of the recent snow my wife and I went into Leigh by car and there was not a single gritter waggon on any of the roads going into Leigh from Astley and back.

We came back down Holden Road and when we passed the guided busway we saw a gritter waggon going down it.

I think we should be told who owns this gritter waggon as none were seen on the other roads.
